In 1960 (European calendar), for example, he documented the imperial rule of Haile Selassie and the official board members of the Organization for African Unity (OAU). He has presented the transformation of the city of Addis Ababa in exhibitions as well as the city’s newspapers and magazines, such as Zena Mazegavabet, Kenema lisan, and Addisababachin.
