The exhibition at the Maison de l'enfance et de l'adolescence (HUG), in collaboration with the Fondation Convergences, presents previously unpublished works by the artist Massao Mascaro. The Ici, là [Here, there] installation brings together two distinct photographic temporalities. The Rhône series and La table are presented face to face, confronting the flow of the river and the fixity of the table, the outside and the inside, Geneva and Brussels. The installation affirms the value of the everyday, the banal and the non-event, and attempts to bring together that which, ordinarily, escapes the eye.
